Become a Mentor
Pilots, mechanics, air traffic controllers, dispatchers, airport professionals, engineers, veterans, and aviation students can help guide someone who is just beginning.
A conversation, an airport visit, or a few hours of encouragement can change the direction of a young person’s life.
Host an Experience
Airports, flight schools, museums, aviation organizations, and aircraft owners can help provide first flights, airport visits, career days, simulator sessions, and other hands-on experiences.
Flying.org helps connect these opportunities with the people who need them.
Become a Partner
Schools, youth organizations, aviation groups, employers, and community organizations can work with Flying.org to reach new participants, strengthen local programs, and expand access to aviation.
